No guarantee of employment
Using Rolefolk does not guarantee that a particular opportunity will be available or that you will be offered or hired for a role. Availability, eligibility and hiring decisions depend on the relevant recruitment process.
Job terms
Specific role details, working arrangements, pay, hours, responsibilities and other engagement or employment terms will be confirmed for the relevant opportunity by the organisation responsible for that opportunity.
Free for jobseekers
Rolefolk does not charge jobseekers a fee for its work-finding and recruitment support.
Candidate information
You should provide information that is accurate and not knowingly misleading. Providing false or fraudulent information may prevent Rolefolk from continuing to provide recruitment support.
Messaging
Rolefolk may communicate with you through the website and, where you choose to use them, external messaging services such as Telegram or WhatsApp.
Referral
Sharing Rolefolk or referring another person is entirely optional. You do not need to share Rolefolk, invite another person or use a referral feature in order to receive recruitment support or be considered for suitable opportunities.
