What we initially ask

The first conversation covers work mode, city or postcode area, work category, availability and current UK work eligibility. A city or postcode area is enough to discuss location; do not send a full address, passport, National Insurance number or bank details to start.

Matching and fees

The recruitment team checks opportunities against your preferences. You can ask for clarification or explain why a proposed role would not suit you. Rolefolk does not charge jobseekers a fee for helping them find work. There are no unlock fees or paid candidate memberships.

Staying updated and continuing after a match

Keep your recruitment conversation available for updates. Telegram may be offered, but it is optional. Following the jobs channel is separate from receiving an individual match update.
