How Rolefolk works

1. Tell us what you're looking for

Open the website chat. No account is required for an initial enquiry. Tell us your preferred work mode, city or postcode area, work interests, availability and whether you are currently eligible to work in the UK. You do not need to send a full home address or upload a CV to start.

If you need help rather than guided questions, ask to speak with the recruitment team.

2. Our recruitment team checks suitable opportunities

Once there is enough information to understand your preferences, the team can start checking suitable opportunities. This is human-assisted matching, not an instant automated offer. There is no guaranteed time to a match.

3. Receive a matched opportunity

If a suitable opportunity is identified, review the location or remote requirements, working pattern and next steps. Ask questions before deciding whether to continue. An opportunity may not be available for every combination of preferences.

Telegram updates may be offered as an optional way to stay in touch. You can keep using recruitment chat without connecting Telegram.

4. Continue with the recruitment partner

The relevant recruitment partner or hirer will explain the role-specific process and terms. They may need additional information at that stage. Final hiring decisions belong to them; a Rolefolk match is not a guarantee of employment.

Sharing is always optional

You may be invited to share Rolefolk with someone else looking for work. You can skip this. Sharing is not one of the required steps to finding work and does not unlock or improve your entitlement to recruitment support.
